Politics: More Police State Laws: Removes 4th Amendment
Wired has this little tidbit "Bush Grabs New Power for FBI". In a nutshell, the FBI can now get financial information without a court order from a judge bypassing Amendment IV. Also, the law prevents the business that gives up the information to the FBI from telling their customer about the request. Nice huh?
